Atomic and Molecular Quantum Control Laboratory
The Atomic and Molecular Quantum Control Laboratory, affiliated with the State Key Laboratory of Quantum Optics and Optical Quantum Devices, is dedicated to experimental and theoretical research in ultracold atom and molecule preparation, detection, and external field manipulation, high-precision atomic and molecular spectroscopy, as well as quantum information and quantum computing.
The laboratory hosts a research team composed of professors, associate professors, and lecturers. It has led multiple national and provincial-level research projects, published over 80 SCI-indexed papers, obtained 14 national invention patents, and was awarded the First Prize of Shanxi Province Natural Science Award.
Research Team:
Yanting Zhao (Professor, PhD Supervisor): Laboratory director, specializing in ultracold atom-molecule physics and quantum information.
Zhonghua Ji (Professor, PhD Supervisor): Focused on ultracold molecular spectroscopy and quantum computing.
Dianqiang Su (Associate Professor): Researching nanofiber optics and optomechanical cooling technology.
Chenhao Wang (Lecturer): Working on BEC preparation of ultracold atoms and open quantum systems.
