Education Background:

  • 2022–Present: Institute of Laser Spectroscopy, Shanxi University

  • Jun. 2020–Jun. 2022: Postdoctoral Researcher, Shanxi University

  • Sep. 2013–Jun. 2020: Ph.D. (Direct-track Master-Ph.D. Program), Shanxi University

Research Interests:

1.Nanofiber-Mediated Light-Matter Interactions

Nanofibers are tapered optical fibers with centimeter-scale lengths and submicron-scale diameters, fabricated from standard single-mode fibers using the flame-brushing technique. Through nanofibers, electromagnetic fields are strongly confined near the fiber surface as evanescent waves, enabling interactions with one-dimensional atomic arrays trapped in optical lattices.

2. Optomechanical Cooling in Nanofibers

Thermal radiation in nanofibers induces intrinsic torsional-mode vibrations. When linearly polarized light propagates through a birefringent nanofiber, it generates a torsional force. For the first time, we experimentally observed cooling phenomena in such a torsional optomechanical system

Research Projects (Principal Investigator):
